Rooms are dated and the walls are very thin. Could hear the people above us and it sounded like they were bowling. We could hear the mumbles of the people next door. Everything needs updating. Saving Grace is the location .
Exactly what we were looking for. Small, clean room with just a fridge and TV and a nice bathroom. Stayed here for two nights and don't have a complaint about the place. Helpful staff and a great location!
The Manager of the Kimball Terrace Inn (Dave) answered our questions very pleasantly and explained how to buy tickets for a nature cruise the next day among the Cranberry Islands. There was a small gift shop in the lobby. The Inn is very close to the water, and both the lobby and our room have large windows letting in lots of sunlight and providing a lovely view down to the harbor. The room is not fancy or pretentious, but it is comfortable, clean, and pleasant with a flatscreen tv and free wifi. Ours also has a refrigerator (no microwave). Coffee always available in lobby. The Asticou Azalea Gardens are close by and are beautiful and relaxing to walk through.
Perfectly decent food. Usually has space when other restaurants don't. Nice outdoor patio.
Room had everything you need. The view on the balcony was beautiful, I enjoyed sitting there reading and sipping an adult beverage. The attached restaurant was excellent, went there daily.
